Welcome to “Casa del Costa” located in the Beautiful Pointe West Beach Club Community. Enjoy and relax in our IMMACULATE, well-appointed coastal home, with a 2 minute walk to the peaceful, manicured beach. Take in views of the bay and the ocean from our deck. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom for privacy and convenience.

Enjoy GREAT 1 GIG WiFi coverage throughout the home, while working remotely or streaming your favorite movies! This home has 3 smart TV’s, living room and master bedroom, Roku in the queen size bedroom.

Our “cooks’ kitchen” has all the tools & gadgets needed to prepare meals and entertain your guests and family. You will find a variety of herbs and spices available to flavor your favorite dishes. Come ready to BBQ on our Weber gas grill located on the top deck outside the kitchen, as well as a charcoal grill on the bottom patio. The outdoor shed is loaded with beach chairs, pails, frisbees and boogie boards- large and small! A Little Tikes Wagon is provided to haul your things to the beach. Have fun in the backyard with a game of Croquet or Corn Hole!

1st floor patio comes complete with swing chairs, Adirondacks, outdoor cooler and a fire table for gathering around in the evenings. (Don’t forget to bring fixins’ for S’mores!)

Bike rentals from Pointe West Beach Club for $10 a day.
